A healthy version of this favourite tropical treat.
In your blender, add:
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 banana
1 tsp virgin coconut oil
1-3 kale leaves (the best kale for this drink is Lacinato or "dinosaur" kale because it is a bit sweeter and less bitter than curly kale).
Enough milk, soy, almond or rice milk to make the drink liquid enough to get through a straw (1-2 cups)
Yogurt (I added one single serve container of coconut pineapple yogurt)
Blend until smooth and enjoy your tropical treat!
